July 1st was based on the first day of free agency. Free agency has been pushed back to just after the draft (Oct 6th). I do not think the July 1st date is valid anymore.
what happend to the Grigorenko signing. Wasn´t it supposed to happen july 1st? Any word on that?

Als is correct, the July 1st date was the free agency date and is no longer applicable. However I don't think Grigorenko will have to wait until October to put his contract in. To the best of my knowledge once the RTP plan and new CBA are ratified by the NHLPA there will be a window to sign players to 2019 contracts they can't play under and after that contracts for 2020-21 can be put through. I'd expect Grigorenko's contract to be filed late next week. I haven't heard any talk of him changing his mind and deciding to play in Europe next season.
