Knowing youve got at least 20 teams of goalies to pick from I'd take my chances going into the draft with 0 tendies. Plus goalies change so much year to year - is Hellebuyck going to be a top 3 goalie next year or will he be the 12th best?

I/m keeping Hellebuyck instead of Marchand ( due to slow down - maybe ) - better chance of redrafting or similar with your first pick than to redraft stud goalie. Helly #1 in Wpg - he got contract. You can hold off on drafting other D as you have 2 studs.

I go with the following;

Marchand
Carlson
Teravainen
Marner
Makar
Hellebuyck

Goaltending is very important, with 4 point cats directly for goaltending, and Helly made me a believer.
I like Eichel, but after G, and A's he leaves something to be desired, and in Buffalo, he will be a big minus too.
Love Kopitar, but feel you will have a lot of C's to choose from.
Wilson was interesting, as he contributes in almost all skater cats, but is replaceable.
Yandle is a great all around D for multi cat leagues, but depending how things go, maybe can pick him back up at your draft.
Benn is also a multi cat monster, but won't give you big numbers in any one category.

Typically 10-ish goalies are kept.

I'll try and condense my talent so I can keep those peripheral players in Terav, Makar, Helly/Andersen, but I'm not sure how it will go in all honesty. I know ppl in my league won't really go out of their way to trade for Marchand. People just don't appreciate him to his talent level in my league, so I would have to move him at a loss. Or package him with someone else to move sideways on a player similar to just Marchand.

I tend to agree with this. See what you are able to get by trading one of your aging players for picks and keeping Hellebuyck instead. Carlson had a great year, but slowed significantly in the last half compared to the first half.

Absolute keepers are Eichel, Pettersson, Marner, Makar.

Since you are missing your 1st and 3rd picks, you simply MUST draft a Goalie with your 2nd rounder if you don't keep one. I think Helle is a must keep for you. So here's my 6:
Eichel (FWs),
Marchand (PIM w/ the other stuff),
Carlson (best dman in that set-up for 1 or 2 more years)
Pettersson (FWs, +/-, PPP, grittier than Marner, so PIM might creep in as he gets through puberty),
Hellebuyck
Last spot is between Makar and Marner... I can't decide - sorry, but leaning toward Makar.
