Eichel is at his worse yr a 70pt guy. He's a comfortable 80-90pt guy. Outside shot at 100pt.

A healthy Eichel is the better option. I can see him consistently scoring over a point per game over the next 5 years. I can see him pushing for a scoring title as well.

I believe he finished at a 90pt/82gp pace anyways. And his final 8 games he had 1g. If he added 4pts in that stretch he gets bumped up to like 99. And this yr he was deadly. So this was prolly going to be a top 5 season he'll ever have.Originally Posted by Efectzoer

Dobber's Top 300 has Eichel ranked 10th (rating: 182.0) and Pettersson ranked 16th (rating: 152.8). A rating of +/- 5 is said to be equal/same tier. I'd say this relative comparison sits well with me.

Eichel, but we haven't seen the best from Pettersson yet. I think he makes it very interesting in two years. His potential for high assists is there. He was .97 ppg in his 2nd season and two years younger than JE.
For the next two years, I'd vote Eichel.

Glad to hear this! I thought so too but was starting to doubt myself, haha. Recently traded Pettersson plus a little extra to get Eichel.
