Apparently this has nothing to do with his ex-wife. He has a new girlfriend, which is the mother of the child. Two separate women. According to people who somehow know this on twitter.

Oh geez.

Someone tweeted saying he doesn't have custody, but had the kid for a bit because of something the baby mom was going through...Who knows the truth behind that tweet though.
