I’m stumped. We’ve verbally said this would be a doable trade and I don’t know if I should actually send the offer.

UPDATE: He wants one of my picks OR one of my prospects as well. Do you see anything I can add and not lose the deal?

Even with hits being a category, I think you have to go with Pastrnak. He was arguably the most valuable forward in hockey for your system last season, and that's not even mentioning the age difference.

In a keeper, if you can get Pastrnak for Ovechkin... do it, do it now.

95 Pastrnak (but young, healthy, amazing)

I'd love to see somebody predict the next 5 years for Ovechkin though.
I certainly wouldn't make any hard bets on what OV puts out beyond next year.

They are very close in all categories except Hits, you lose some Hits, you get 10 years younger.

I'd take Pasta.

You have 16 picks inside the first 6 rounds... Give him a pick... Or do pick swap. One of your 1st rounders for one of his 3rd (something like that).

Ovechkin/2nd for Pastrnak/6th? Git'er done. Don't let anything outside of a 1st round pick stop this deal from happening. I own Ovechkin in 3 of my dynasty/keeper leagues and I've been thinking of an exit strategy for two years now!! Pastrnak would do it for me.
