Give Aho & 1st for Laine & 3rd? REP Given

Aho is going to be a point a game player or better starting in the next 1 or 2 seasons.
Over his career his ppg avg is 0.85. Laine career avg is 0.81.

Aho was just over ppg last season and just under this season at 0.97. Aho can drive a line offensively with goals or assists.

Laine was under ppg this season but only a little at 0.93. Last season ppg was at 0.61. His 2 previous seasons he was 0.85 and 0.88(rookie season).

Not too mentioned your to be moving a 1st round pick too.
A hard no.

Laine is a damn good player, but Aho will out perform him. Also Laine doesn't out do your current RW combo of Kuch and Marner.

If anything see about trading Seguin straight across for Laine.

Maybe it's just me, but the picks are backwards. Aho and a 3rd for Laine and a 1st would have made more sense to me. Adding a 1st with Aho is not a good deal for you.

I prefer Aho to Laine, his outlook looks more steady and their ceilings are very similar imo.
