Default Back to Back Huge trade potential

    I have been offered
    My: E.Karlsson
    For
    His: Scheifile and Stone
While simultaneously another owner i spoke to about this trade offer then offered me,
    My: Pasta, Stone & 3rd
    for
His: Malkin, Josi, Lindholm & 6

This may be dumb but is it worth losing Pasta for:
Malkin who is always a injury risk and is getting up there in age facing possible decline
Josi who is looking like he will not be able to replicate this year

I prefer Pasta, Stone and the 3rd over Malkin and the rest. I'd do the deal for EK and pass on the deal for Malkin.
Points only keeper. 12 Teams. No pos requirements. 18 skaters / 3 goalies (2 count for points.) G/A = 1 point each (includes goalies) Goalies = 1.5 for W / 4.5 for SO. Minors - 4 year protection. Prospects added during their draft year only. Undrafted = waivers.
    Skaters: Tolvanen,Jeannot,Drysdale,Benson,Sprong,Fantilli,H .Lindholm,T. Raddysh,K. Miller,Edvinsson,Roslovic,Sharangovich,McBain,Benn ett,Crouse, Luostarinen,Dube,Phillips

I somewhat like the first deal.

Any chance you can do something like Stone (or Meier or somebody) & 3rd for Josi & whatever? You'll need to sort out the fact that you've replaced one keeper with 2 guys who could be keepers. Also, Josi should be really good in that format with 6D.

I'd do the first deal -- and really like the idea of removing Pasta/Malkin from the first deal (YUCK) ...

Getting one of the steadiest producing Dmen in return would ease the loss of EK

    Take the first one.
    forget the second one.

    Prospects include:
    McTavish/Clarke/Bordeleau

Don't worry I'm not going to say anything more than I have to. If that.

Another vote on take the first deal and pass on second deal. Rather have Pasta at this point in his career.

I'd do the first one as EK is slowing down (age and injury) but the second deal is laughable. That being said, you'd be forward heavy by taking the first deal so I'd recommend packaging two of your forwards for a bona fide D man to replace EK.
