Hanifin, Hintz and Blackwood are guys I'd move up.

I'd also replace Zacha, Crouse, Marino and Gaudette with Kirill Kaprizov, Rasmus Andersson, Ethan Bear, and Travis Dermott.

Greenway and Mangiapane deserve some consideration as well... Too many names to choose from.

I agree, I had the exact same reaction.
So many elite options all the way through the middle of the first round.
When you compare that list, to let's say 2012 when Yakupov was drafted first overall, the discrepancy is huge.
It must be brutal to end up with first overall in a weak class when you know that McDavid or Matthews is coming the following year.
    Points-only keeper league. 12 teams. Keep any 12 players. Dress 12F - 6D - 2G.

Looks like you and I had a similar train of though on some players if you look at the re-draft I did up.

Just echoin a few of the comments

fantastic draft, i do not recall this draft being as hyped as the 2003 draft so good on these guys

bruins definitely whiffed with their 3 in a row mid-1st rounders.

I don't mind the Debrusk pick but the other two have yet to find their way to regular NHL duty.

the tough part integrating young players with the bruins the past 8-10 years is the roles and responsibilities with being with a contender. eg seguin getting traded as a young buck. definitely hard to say if the studs today drafted after the bruins picks would have seen a sniff with the bruins

debrusk has been fine. the other 2 not even seeing nhl action at all though is disappointing i imagine.

Senyshyn and Zboril have both seen NHL action. Not much, but both have been in NHL games. I think both will eventually become regular NHL players but not overly effective ones. Zboril, being a D not getting much time yet isnt surprising but the openings are coming for him.

yes, sorry forgot to type 'much' before nhl action.

seeing the 2014/2015 threads is a good reminder why we should pretty much always keep your 1st rounder unless your prospect cupboard is overflowing.

When can we expect the next season? And will it be 2013 or 2016?

I wasn't really planning much past 2014 and 2015 - those two years really caught my eye. Work has gotten its hooks into me right now, but I will see what my weekend looks like (apparently it's Easter long weekend!) and see what 2013 looks like.
