Is this just for next year, or in general for keeper value? How do D compare to F in your league? And what are your scoring categories/keeper settings?
Hi everyone,
already thinking about next year.
Where do you rank DeAngelo with the other draftee of 2020?
Behind Lafreniere? Behind Byfield? Behind those two?
Thanks

Sorry, informations missing.
Keeper league, points only 7 forwards and 3 defenseman counting, 10GM.
Thanks
What kind of keeper league? How many do you keep, do you have a minors system, etc?
Generally though in a shallower league like this, I would think DeAngelo would slot behind Lafreniere and Byfield (unless you have a really low keeper number). Though I could see cases where grabbing a Stutzle, Rossi, or Lundell might make more sense. I certainly wouldn't put him any later than that though.

If you have a good team and you need a D-man, I don't understand why you'd feel to trade D'Angelo for a 1st round pick to get a top prospect outside the top 2 like Rossi, Drysdale and Stutzle (Rossi is my favourite of the 3), but if you are in a rebuild, I'd would want more than just a first round pick for him, especially that he is an offensive defensemen that could be capable of getting 60-65 points a year at the peak of his prime
