Yeah, it's nice that they are testing a potential medication for the virus. Would have been much better if there wasn't someone spouting off about it before there was any evidence that it works.

Despite not having enough of the "right kind" of evidence, there is actually quite a bit of evidence that it works. Which is why they are testing it further. And so quickly. That is also why President Trump was so hopeful about it being a game changer. And he may still be proven right about that hope.

Just heard that CNN anchor Chris Cuomo has the virus.
Hopefully he makes a speedy recovery.

There’s actually....really really shaky evidence, with suspect sampling and questionable results. Let’s at least be responsible with the results that have been produced so far. It doesn’t benefit anyone to overstate what has been discovered so far.

Agreed. At the end of the day our political affiliations mean nothing. We are a global community. I am cheering for everyone on the planet.

Let's just hope that we can get out of this pandemic with the least amount of lives lost and the least amount of economic hardship afterwards.

You also get a big group of people who think there's a miracle cure around the corner, so they feel justified in continuing to be careless and not take proper precautions.

I was wondering if that’s what it meant. More along the lines of city organized events. Not just events within the city.

what I read is ‘hopeful it is a game changer’. I never read...it is the game changer.

are we not all hoping for a game changer? Is it not okay to hope for a game changer?
