Not crazy about the third slot. That means I actually have to decide for myself who I think will go the furthest rather than the draft dictating that for me. I like to get the best of the leftovers and hope for the best in playoff pools.

I'm expecting total chaos in the playoffs. Everyone's been checked out for a while and now they suddenly have to mentally be in playoff shape out of the gate. Players will randomly disappear with "injuries" and we might also have some surprise ineligible players due to health risks.

"WHAT IS A BLACK ACE?
The Black Aces are the extra players added to a roster for a team's playoff run after their own season is over in the minor-leagues or elsewhere. The Black Aces practice with the team and are expected to be ready to step into the lineup if any of the regular players in the lineup are unable to play.

The NHL's 23-man roster limit ends at the trade deadline, and there is no salary cap in the postseason, allowing teams to carry as many Black Aces as they wish. The Black Aces typically consist of most NHL-contracted players from the team's AHL affiliate after the AHL team is eliminated from the playoffs, and can also include players from juniors or college if their seasons are over.

The 2020 expanded postseason will have a limit on the number of Black Aces a team can carry, given the need for accommodations in hub cities and regular testing. Teams are expected to be able to carry 28 total skaters and unlimited goaltenders in the expanded postseason."
