League Concept: 2019 / 2020

This League is designed to be a long-term entity with a stable team ownership, all GM’s will be expected to remain active. Non-participation is the one thing that destroys leagues set your line up in advance if you cannot make it on game day, it will be greatly appreciated by all managers. *If you are not showing at least the slightest bit of participation, then you will be replaced.
If an owner chooses to leave the league, every effort will be made to find a replacement owner to assume control of their team as soon as possible,

The League consist of A Head-to-Head - One Win, 12 Teams, NO Division
Playoffs are Week 22, 23 and 24 is 2 weeks (8 teams)
Roster Positions: 3 C,3 LW,3 RW,4 D,1Utility, 2 G, 5 NA, 8 Bench, (5 IR+)

Scoring Categories for: 2019 / 2020

Forwards / Defensemen: Goals (G), Assists (A), Penalty Minutes (PIM), Power play Goals (PPG), Power play Points (PPP), Shorthanded Points (SHP), Game-Winning Goals (GWG), Shots on Goal (SOG), Face offs Won (FW), Hits (HIT), Blocks (BLK)
&
Goaltenders: Wins (W), Goals Against Average (GAA), Saves (SV), Save Percentage (SV%), Shutouts (SHO)

Keepers:
19 Keepers in totals divided in 3 tiers’

No more than two goaltenders are allowed to be eligible as keepers Tier 1 & 2 altogether.
Tier 1 keepers: 10 keeper with 1 restriction no more than 2 Goaltenders allowed for Tier 1.
Tier 2 keepers: 4 Prospect keepers with restrictions player for skaters must have Played 200 NHL games or less & (80 NHL Games or less for goalies) to be eligible selection is done at the end of the Regular season week #21 for Tier 2 keepers
Tier 3 keepers: 5 N/A prospect’s selected before the end of the regular season also week #21 must be N/A qualified no restriction for Positional preferences.
All players selected as keepers must be in the yahoo player pool at the time of selection end of week #21

Rosters:
Once a team is eliminated team’s Roster will be frozen. No adjustments of any kind can be made to their rosters.

After submitting their tier 2 & 3 at the end of the regular season, selection for tier 1 players will be in September before
The draft.

Draft:
The Entry Draft is consist of (10) rounds is a worst to first, like the NHL does? But is based on regular season final standing.

Trades:
Prior to are Tier 1 keeper selection we will have a window of opportunity of 7 days to make some trades, all players involve in these transactions will have to be kept as keepers, After the 7 days trading window, all teams will be lock from any roster substitution until the first day of the season.

Trading Draft picks must have even number of draft picks changing hands using round #1 to #10 only.

There is no waiting time for trades Review they are process as soon it’s accepted automatically, you can still protest to overturn a trade, managers will have to send notifications to the commissioner with explanation why a trade should be overturn between 2 team, it will need a firm 51% of the managers that are not involve in the trade, to explain your concern against the trade, and then I will make a decision.

League Expansion:
No plan for Expansion at this moment.

Suggestions:
Owners can submit or suggested rule change at any time, after which a vote will be held on all proposed changes.

If you propose a change do the following.

- Explain the rule in detail so that everyone understands it before voting.
- Create a new topic poll with clear question, yes or No. We want firm answers.
