I'm one of the top teams this year and am making a push for the championship (already added Huberdeau).

Trade on the table is:

Ekblad (7.5Mx6 - 3.7fp/g) + Crouse (1.53Mx3 - 3.82fp/g) for Palmieri (4.65Mx2 - 4.68fp/g) + Skjei (5.25Mx5 - 3.6fp/g)

Prior to Skjei getting traded to the canes I'm pretty sure I'd have pulled the trigger already, but I'm worried about him getting stuck down their depth chart.

Carolina paid up a first for Skjei, I wouldn't worry too much about him. Carolina also has a great playoff schedule.
Meanwhile, Arizona doesn't, and you get Palmieri's awesome contract.
I would probably do it.
