Meh, a 5th rounder for a guy with 14 goals is a decent deal.
So far Holland has hit 2 of his 3 needs I'd say. They wanted a top 6 winger and more depth. Now if he can find a legit 3C for the right price, I'd call this day a resounding success.

Holland has not given up much at all, and has added Green, Ennis and Anasthaesia. Pretty good. Damn good!

Nice little depth add, especially considering they dumped Gagner. Similar players but Ennis is worth his $800k. Local kid too, maybe that gets him excited....

Ennis is 5'9 and 160 pds - great pick up for the playoffs...... is he that much of an improvement over Gagne ? At least Gagne had some size.
Holland seems to like these budget moves - a la the Granlund/Jurko signings.

If Ennis has better, faster foot speed than Gagner then yes if will be an improvement. Gagner has a nose for the net but the speed of the game has passed him by.
