I'm in first, locked into playoffs with a buy. Won it all last year would love to repeat.

Keepers after this trade would go from Kucherov, Eichel, Hedman and Bergeron/Svechnikov to Kucherov, Hedman, Josi and Vasilevsky. Can't worry too much about what the other guy would be keeping, but it would be Eichel, Gaudreau, Draisaitl & Scheifele.

I have another deal of Holtby/Monahan/2nd for Rask/Pacioretty/7th.

Thoughts on best option for this year and keeper 4some for next year?

No, I picked him off the wire two days ago ... he's always available in our league. It's only start 1 goalie, people roll goalies. Samsonov is always there too, I've had them both multiple times over.

So you'd essentially do Vasi+8th for Eichel+2nd ... I know I have to think short term to win, but Pionk and Theodore aren't hurting me.

If quality goaltending is always on the WW then don't trade a 23 year-old Eichel for a goalie. Especially in a KEEP 4 league. Big fat "NO" to this offer. Walk away. No, run away.

Vas: season 337.80, month 81.80
Eichel: season 403.95, month 71.60
Holtby: season SHIT, month SHIT

Looking at Dobber’s keeper rankings, Vas #1 goalie by a lot, Josi/Hedman are 2 & 3 (I traded Carlson last year and got Kuch).

I think it helps you address goalie issues this year. I'd prefer not keeping a goalie in a keep 4, but if I was keeping one, he'd be the guy I keep.

So if it helps you repeat, go for it. I'm also not sure if I keep Svechnikov over other options.

Don't keep a goalie. In this league you want top end forward keepers. I'm holding eichel.

My bad I did not realize you only start 1 goalie. I agree with keeping Eichel.

My 4th would be Svech.

He just up’d the offer with Teravainen... I already have his twin in Svechnikov. His thinking, as is mine, to beef up for the run this year...but agree with the group it’s a huge blow to my keepers, not just keeping a goalie (albeit the only one in the league I would at this point) as well as possibly two D.

I have done, and won once, keeping F, D, D, G ... but it’s a long shot.

I don't like the keeper outlook of the trade, but it does beef you up for a win this year.

It's up to you if you prefer sacrificing future for a better shot at winning now.

I would decline myself and work on boosting my team elsewhere.

Decided to take the advice of the group and declined.

Pulled off other trades and acquired Wheeler, Backstrom and Zibanejad ... gave up some picks, but nothing not worth it for the season.

Hoping Shesterkin can keep it up and Kuemper's comeback is speedy.
