I got Q Hughes but I cant stop staring at Bradys numbers. He's a machine.
Who would you rather have in a Keep 4 League.

Tkachuk, because I would want my defencemen to hit. (Though I guess you could also argue for Hughes saying "I would want my forwards to score more").

Tkachuk is an absolute beast in that set up. He gets my vote.

tkachuck for me as well, but in a keep 4 why would you keep shesterkin? I know people are in love with him, but in a keep 4 Vasi and maybe Helle would be the only protectable goalies I could fathom keeping, personally in a keep 4 I think you need to build stronger keepers... in this format I can see maybe keeping svech for sure, just given his age, I would be looking at packaging a hughes and shesterkin and getting another stud keeper. In keep 4 , 20 team league the better your 4 the better you are to set up to win.

That is a great question and tough choice.

As a blanket statement... In a 'Keep 4' I would prefer a forward over a defenceman more often than not.

I'm just curious, you don't have Tkachuk, are you planning on trading for him? The other question as someone has already raised, why would you be keeping Shesterkin in a keep 4? I'm not so sure that's a good idea. To answer the question I do prefer Tkachuk over Hughes in this format.

So you guys wouldn't keep Shesterkin. Is it the unknown of a goalie that freaks you out? In our league if you keep 1 you draft in 2nd , keep 2 draft in 3rd etc.

Most teams are keeping a goalie and I like having 3 goalies on my roster. I understand alot of goalies come out of know where and that "all goalies suck" but might be slim pickings starting to draft for goalies in the 5th.
I'm getting tons of interest in him (Igor) but I need him for my run. Maybe I'll put him up in the summer and see what comes up. Just so far from what I've seen and read he can be that keeper for many years. Good problems to have I guess.

Couldn't you then just not keep Igor, and he would be there when you go to pick, at which point you see who is available and make up your mind?

That's what I've been telling everyone else in the league to do when they tell me they are keeping a "non keeper" in my eyes. lol
