Start Demko vs STL tonight?

I've done well this year picking favorable match-ups to get goalie stats that overachieve relative to my goalies. This doesn't feel like a favorable match-up. What say you? Start or sit?

Not sure if this helps or not but the Blues are starting Jake Allen. There was a time when that was a good thing for opposing teams but Jakes been good this year.

If you need the goalie start, I'd roll him.

Thing is I don't "need" the start. Two of the three categories are averages so I prefer quality starts and I'm not feeling this one.

START DEMKO - This game will be a let down for the Blues after all the hoopla the last few weeks around the All-Star Weekend. STL starts out flat and CANUCKS start out flying. 5-1 Vancouver.

I've played goalie many times. Some outcomes better than seven goals, some worse. I'm perfect emergency backup material.
