Trade Advice Needed! - Need to Activate Klingberg

I have Klingberg still lurking on my IR and I am only running 3 D right now.

I am looking for some advice on what to do... team in sig.

Whether it be dropping someone, trading 2 for 1 style including Kling or without him (add a D off the wire).

Where I stand right now...I am looking at trading Kling + a C (ROR or Kopitar) , but not sure what I should even want in return? Maybe another D or G.

There are 200 owned players in your league, so getting a quality player like a Kubalik or Meier or Trocheck is easier. So while it seems insane to drop one of them, in a 12-team, 16-roster league it's actually not as crazy. Is 3D your active D? Or is it 2D and Klingberg would be a 2nd D for the bench? These are key bits of information to know, so that more people could chime in here. Also how many goalies do you dress? If you dress one, then keeping two on the bench is wasting space.

We have 4 active D slots. I just have a blank spot ever since I pulled Bjorkstrand from the IR. So just running Weber, Karlsson, Yandle and have the 4th D spot open now.
We also dress 2 goalies each night. We have limited moves for the year. I have used 27 out of 40 moves for the year. So I can't go crazy with streamers each week now.
