Default Hamilton - IR - does he crack a potential keeper or drop him?

I was actually considering keeping this guy at year end, so I'd like the pros/ cons your guys thoughts! I have been a big fan for years and was waiting for this break out (just as it's happening poof). Does it make more sense to hold on Dougie (at least to end of season)? move on for another body? or maybe package him in a trade?

Im in the same dilemma. Do you only have 1 IR? Theres no point in holding Hamilton if he's taking up an active roster spot. See if you can trade him, but otherwise I think you have more than enough options to fill out your 5 keepers without him.

Agreed. With Malkin, Ovechkin, Hughes, Wheeler and Marner you have your five keepers right there, let alone Fleury vs. Wheeler vs. Svechnikov debate. No sense in keeping Hamilton, but yeah shop him first

He's keeper worthy, but not on your team in this situation.
10 team Head-to-head true dynasty. Roster 33, draft 2, cut down before season. Start 1 G, 1 backup G, 6 D, 12 F arranged in 4 lines of 3. Only categories that matter are Goals, Assists, Save% with a shutout bonus. Having NHL teammates helps.

    G: Bobrovsky
    Backup G: F Andersen
D: Ekblad, Yandle, Carlson, DeAngelo, Letang, Makar
    F1: Couturier, Giroux, Voracek
    F2: Schiefele, Wheeler, MacKinnon
    F3: Stamkos, Point, JT Miller
    F4: Bertuzzi, Tavares, Seguin

    Bench:
    G:
D: Barrie, M Reilly, Heiskanen, Klingberg, Morissey, Weegar
F: Bailey, Benn, Guentzel, Johnsson, Labanc, Mikheyev, Necas

sucks to have to walk away at this point hopefully I can find a roster that's looking ahead to next year..... somewhat an aside should I start to maybe try and get younger, ovies sticking but malkin I'm tempted...

Was debating maybe something like marner, ovie, hughes, svechnikov, fleury (goalies are pricey in our league)... move on from seguin, malkin, wheeler??? ugh so tough!

My question is do you have to decide now?

Hopefully you have an IR spot to stash him... do so, and decide next fall!
