Evaluate Trade

Earlier I had acquired Matthews and Marner in two separate trades. I offered a guy Matthews+Marner+R.Strome for Pastrnak+Scheifele+Trochek and he accepted.
He owns Panarin, so he may have wanted the Strome stackability. He backed out of an earlier deal involving Scheifele.

Any opinions?

It's probably pretty even I'd say. I thought Pasta has the most potential for a big second half.

It's pretty close I think in your league.

I like Marner over Pastrnak slightly. I like Matthews over Scheifele by a good margin. The win for you here is Trocheck over Strome, which is a big gap. Overall I think it evens out alright.

Given the stats, I would think Pastrnak, Scheifele and Strome all slow down in the second half; Marner and Matthews stay consistent; and Trocheck is trending up.

I would probably take Matthews/Marner/Strome myself.

Everybody seems to like Trocheck ROS, so I'm happy with that part. I like Pastrnak's game and linemate better than Marner/Matthews, but I'm far from an expert.
Scheifele was more to try and package him to another owner so we'll see.

I don't know anything about how they do it, and I don't know anything myself, but I've seen more than one site rank him #1 rest of season, so I'm hoping they're right.
