    Default Schmaltz or Bjorkstrand?

Hey fellas, just wanted a few opinions on these two players. I currently have Schmaltz and have been offered Bjorkstrand for him. Im contending this year (this would qualify as my 8th starting fwd in a pts only, keep 9, 28 team league) and want the most points from now until the end of the season. Long term matters too but Im mostly thinking short term here.

Schmaltz' production has dried up the last five games and Bjorkstrand came back from injury as hot as he went into the ir.

    What say you?

Bjorkstrand. Schmaltz has been getting third line minutes recently and has been in a slump. Unless a line change comes, I don’t see him improving much in the near future. Bjorkstrand was out back on the first line and doing well. Since the halfway point of last year, his play has increased and scored more points. He will also provide better value in the long term too.

Bjork was producing PPG before injury and looked no worse for wear in his return, I say pull the trigger. He will def outproduce Schmaltz in goals.

Bjorkstrand, but I think it's close - Schmaltz tends to score in bunches, and goals v assists doesn't matter here.

I think from here on out (about 31 games each) they put up around 20-25 points each, but I think Bjorkstrand is more likely to get to the higher end of that range than Schmaltz.

And what would you expect from Keller for the rest of season?

Thanks for the feedback. I think it will be close for the rest of the season but its hard to look past their recent games and hold onto Schmaltz. Bjorkstrand seems the consensus so Bjorkstrand it is.
