Current member of league is selling him for low price, 4th round draft pick in a yearly prospect draft. Prospects are considered as players with under 60 GP. Is he good investment or try to avoid?

He's likely a 50+ point player next year. Not much beyond points.
I'd probably prefer him to a 4th round prospect gamble, especially if you need some extra help this year.
