You’re right I do have lots but I have two tandems so really it’s not as many as it looks with Dell and Elliott that’s really only a 3/4 goalie. So all told I have 2 3/4 Gmen.

AA is on IR so I can’t trade em without some roster magic on both sides. I thought about Schwartz or Oshie even

Owning goalie tandems is smart if you have a goalie start stat, or have minimum goalie starts requirement in a weekly H2H match-up - but owning multiple tandems (unless there is a strategy of keeping them away from other teams) seems like overkill. Especially if you have other needs.

All of that said - with multiple goalies, you have to consider how many play on same nights. It looks like NYI and PHI have very similar schedules, so Elliot is probably stacked up against your NYI tandem most nights. So he's not really giving you much value anyway. SJ has a better schedule vs both NYI and DAL and would likely give you more available starts.

Another junk start. This guy might be the worst goalie in the league right now. Thinking I might take my chances with Quick, Hutton or Lundqvist, or just roll with 3 goalies and snap up spot starts at various positions.

I think Im going to do it tomorrow. One more good-to-serviceable start from Dell and Im out. Its late enough in the fantasy season where even if someone picks him up and he has a miraculous turnaround, it wont be that big.

The one thing that has me slightly hesitating is the possibility that the Sharks cash in with Dell at the trade deadline and dont go after a young goalie with upside. Then Jones becomes a bulk starter again presumably. A rotten starter, but still a starter.

Finally, finally, finally, got the intestinal fortitude to admit my drafting mistake and drop Jones.

Feels pretty good.

And with EK out and Dillon on the move, things arent going to get any better for Sharks goalies.

Jones getting the start today but with Dell playing well and winning yesterday its hard to see what Jones could do to take the net from him right now. Increasingly hard to see the Sharks moving Dell too since he's winning them games and they want to extend him. I guess if they get a really good offer, but that rarely happens on goalies at the deadline.
