I've been offered his Hamilton for my Dahlin. He also wants a pick upgrade in return.
I'm currently middle of the pack, but I feel like there is a lot of season left.
Hamilton is a beast with these settings, but I'm hesitant to trade away Dahlin.
If I accept, will I regret this decision long-term?

Being middle of the pack it's unlikely this trade is going to help you this year. If your chasing a championship, then ya, you do what you need to do. However, it's unlikely this is the situation your in meaning your wise to start looking at ways to improve your team for the next campaign. Moving Dahlin is not the way you want to go, you want to build around that kind of elite talent, not trade it away. Hope this helps.

You might break even but long term Dahlin figures to be a top 3 own in keepers for quite some time. I love Hamilton but I'd trade him for Dahlin in an instant.
