I think Stamkos is a safer bet to outproduce Hall this year with these settings, in a bubble. But the rest of your roster/positional eligibility/league size/daily vs weekly etc. still matters. Need more information for the best answers.

The other significant factor here is where Hall will actually be playing. Sounds like a trade is happening now, odd in itself at this point int he season, but if that is the case, where Hall lands should be taken into consideration. I would suggest that in the right environment, Hall could out point Stammer. Lots of speculation here, but if and that's a big if, Hall lands with the Av's, then that could be gas on a fire that is already burning bright. Perhaps wait and see.
