    My Burns for his Larkin.

Who wins and by how much?

Larkin is currently ranked as our 91st best skater and Burns is 169th.

I think pre-season, Burns would've been the choice by a landslide.
With Larkin slowing down (since the Wings have so little depth, he's been bottled up after that insanely hot start with Bertuzzi and Mantha) and a new coach in SJ, I think I'd go with Burns. D should be worth a lot in this league methinks.

Long term, Larkin is the guy, but for the rest of season, I'd be gambling Burns outshines him. But it is tough with Burns's brutal run of late....

Keeper I guess you have to go Larkin. Would rather have Burns for the next few years though.

    McDavid/Necas/ Kucherov/Bjorkstrand/Rust/Nugent Hopkins/Cirelli/Zegras/- Letang/Morrissey/Dahlin - Swayman/Saros/Skinner

    Prospects include:
    McTavish/Clarke/Bordeleau
    Dumais/Korchinski/Hutson

Don't worry I'm not going to say anything more than I have to. If that.

Exactly I would rather have the guy who helps me win now.

I'd go burns quite easily. Regardless of depth on the wings Larkin is supposed to be the guy and he just hasn't been. Lots of examples of one line teams in the NHL that are able to produce. Larkin should be driving that top line and until I see more from him I want burns. Way tougher position to fill and a way longer history of elite production. A slumping d man on a pretty good team is much more explainable than a slumping first line center on a bad team imo. I'd easily trade my Larkin for burns right now and I've tried, burns owner wisely won't bite.

If you are trading Burns and grabbing Larkin this leaves you with additional players that are on the bubble for keepers. You need to select 8 from Barkov, Larkin, Hughes, Kakko, Wheeler, Kane, Ovechkin, Svechnikov, Meier, Hamilton, and Hellebuyck (plus possibly a few others). Most of these players are top 100 so would look to move Burns + another of the players above to get a better keeper than Larkin. I would wait and get a few solid games from Burns under the new coach and then float his name out there to see what you can get. Package Burns and Wheeler or Burn and Kane and target a team where both of your players would be a keeper for the manager.

Burns, but...I'm not going out of my way to get Burns. I'll take him at a discount, but I'm not hunting him down.

burns - he is keeper next couple years still - Larkin not keeper on your roster - easier to find centermen - I would keep Zib over Larkin. Hard to find top D men that produce.

Thank you all. I will keep Burns. I’m going for the repeat championship so I will keep on going with my undefeated roster to date.

Rep to all I can right now.
