Of minor interest.
Two teams I always check on:

1. Winnipeg Jets (#27). Jets are valued at $420m. Pretty sweet tag compared to the cool $170m paid in 2011. (Seller only got $110m... and $60m relocation fee split to league)
2. Florida Panthers (#30). Cats valued at $310m. Viola purchased them for $160m in 2013. He can "opt out" from the lease with Broward in 2023 if they can show $100m+ in losses. No problem considering they are still on the book with operating revenue of about -$20m per year. #QC-in-23. I should trademark that.
