Who to drop for Fox? (Or another D)

One year Yahoo league. Here's my stats: G, A, +/-, PPP, SOG, HIT

Who should I drop to pick up a Fox to fill my 4th D spot? Right now I'm running an empty slot because I picked up Olofsson off waivers.

I've tried packaging for a trade and no one is biting. I'm leaning towards Lindholm but I hate to do it since I just ponied up $$ to pick him up off waivers. Maybe I just drop Olofsson for Fox...? Gonna have to drop someone eventually to activate Sid too.

I'd say Mantha, but is there any reason you could not run with only 3 D's? Look at your schedule for the next 3-4 weeks and see how many times you could fill an extra F position with the extra F and an open D slot. You don't have a utility spot, so I realize that this makes D's more of an issue than my league where we have 2C, 2LW, 2RW, 2U and 4D. The thing is, Fox is not going to put up 60 points, but an extra forward might. Heck, Fox won't get 50 and Mantha probably will. So if you can start Mantha or Lindholm even 70% of the time, you are still possibly coming out ahead.

If you had Carlson, Burns or EK65 on IR and needed to make a drop, then yeah, no question. Or when Crosby comes back, yeah you make a drop. But for Fox? I'm not saying you definitely should run short on D, but I wouldn't make a drop before I did some research on what it would look like with 3 D's.
