Too early to tell. Goalies are voodoo and opportunity is key. There's only so many chairs at the table and often times some really good prospects don't end up sitting in one of the good chairs.
Is Tristan Jarry a keeper, potential starting goalie, or too early too tell?
I have decent goalies but they are old a bit old.
Thanks!

He does have starter potential, but as is the case with many young backups, there is no clear path to a starting gig. At some point Pittsburgh is going to have to decide what to do with him with DeSmith kicking around, so its possible a team takes a chance on him as a potential starter/tandem goalie.

Definitely a potential starter. The issue is that he has to beat out DeSmith for Penguins goalie of the future (as in post Seattle expansion draft), although a tandem seems likely.
Whether he's a keeper for you is highly dependent on league format.

Potential starter.
You'd get better advice, I think, if you listed your existing goalies and league set up (number of starters, number of keepers, etc)
