I think he was consider a top prospect in the past.

Will he become a top power forward in future ?

I think his development arc has been too slow for him to end up being Rick Nash 2.0. That doesn't mean he can't still be a slow growing guy that's as valuable to a fantasy team as a Kreider or something. Really though, he's probably just going to be an average third line NHL player.
