    Demko...

    I don't trust LA.
Holtby is still the go to in Wsh.
Markstrom isn't the #1G lock that Holtby is.

Demko's got the best shot at #1G vs. Samsonov this year & Van is much better than LA

I agree Demko has the best shot to overtake this season. However if Holtby falters or gets injured I'd just on Samsonov asap. I don't have much faith in Quick being a quality option this season

Well tricky question.. I don’t see Demko taking over for Markstrom this year. Demko has been great but Markstrom has proven to be very very good himself. Next year maybe Demko takes over as Markstrom is probably pricing himself out of Van.

Samsanov I would have said but he was sent down to the minors this weekend due to a cap issue. So who knows when that will be fixed and called back up.

Quick - yeah pass. But he will get the games played

FWIW Quick has a 2.40 GAA in his last 5 games. He might be turning things around. Not Domingue - his record last season was due to the team in front of him and playing against easier teams.

Demko is the answer imo, he will get more starts than Samsonov. He will get less starts than quick but get you about same wins, less losses and should win you every cat other than SVs
