Quick Hit: D. Toews vs Ghost this wk

Toews and the Islanders play a depleted PIT squad twice and then have SJ on the road.

Ghost and the Flyers play FLA and CAR on the road and then have CAL at home for a nooner next Sat.

Weekly rosters Mon-Sun so I have to decide by tomorrow game time. I know I know, both are not very good options — wouldn't usually stress over such small potatoes but my D is an absolute steaming trainwreck atm so literally every assist counts (pts only, league in sig).

Both Toews and Ghost seem to have very unpredictable PP deployment right now — any strong opinions who has the better shot at more points this wk? Happy to rep obviously!

I'll take gost. He's been back on pp1 and has the softer opponents imo. I'm also starting him next week.

I'm leaning toward Ghost here myself. ZMac has pretty much said it, increased PPTOI and weaker opponents swings it. Maybe Ghost starts to turn things around could factor in here as well. With Toews it pretty much is what it is, with Ghost he's underachieving but is perhaps showing signs of life, it's worth taking a shot on, it's only for a week if things don't go well (:

Haha dude. Trouba has been a lot of a let down in pts only leagues. Yeah man my scene is DIRE, I had a whole separate thread about how screwed I am on D lol. Anyway you're right, all I can do is hope at least one or two of these guys find their legs and turn it around by Christmas.
