Tough to say in a cap league; it's very hard to gauge the value of Samsonov without seeing your team or having a better sense of the value of goalies in your set up (which I presume is crazy stupid high)

Panarin is the best player, but I'm not crazy about the two prospects you are getting.

Goalie value is through the roof in our league. A goalie like Samsonov is at a premium as well since he's only 22, on an NHL team and making $925k for this year and next.

My initial thought was to reject.. Weber is my best D and is currently the 28th best player in my set up. Domi finished higher that Panarin last season (banger stats on top of that career year) but Panarin is awesome this season.

Panarin is also a $14m player compared to Domi at $3.15m and Weber at 6m

My impression is that if you are going to move Samsanov, you should be targeting to improve your D. It looks really weak relative to the rest of your team. Moving Weber in this deal, in my mind, your team might be weaker after this trade (not to mention the cap implications). I'd put Samsanov and Shesterkyn on the market individually, and see if you can get better offers that more suit your areas of weakness.
