16 team dynasty (same scoring as sig but not that team)
Been offered a 1st (Currently the best value for top 3 pick), Zegras and another prospect (unknown yet) for Mantha and a lower end prospect (likely Hollowell)
I'm tanking this year hard, have got 2 1sts already but this is the best one at the moment. I had a similar trade for Trocheck recently but he pulled out as he wants Mantha, do I go for it?

Nope, you pass on this one.
Mantha is average 3.8 sog/gp, 76sog on the season, currently 5th in the NHL.
If somebody could GUARANTEE you a top2 pick in 2020... I'd say yes.
But I think Mantha is better than Zegras + 3rd(or later) pick in 2020.
That's my valuation.

Im with Pengwin7 on this one. Trading a young guy like Mantha who is finally coming into his own isn't the type of rebuilding trade you need to make. I've said this many times, guys like Mantha, who are young and starting to show promise are the guys you need to build around instead of trading them for draft picks that you may or may not see turn out in a few years. All you are doing by trading youth for picks is creating a viscious cycle of constant rebuilding. At some point, you have to let your team start to win and not rebuild.
