I started a thread on him & Kivlenieks (the guy Columbus called up out who is back in the AHL now) here a week ago or less, due to the fact that there are no NHL goalies on the wire there. There are some thoughts in the thread.
He will definitely get some time in the crease after this. They have injuries, and this guy just pitched an unofficial shutout in relief facing 40 shots.

Werner certainly made his mark in the game tonight. I think Grubauer will be back very soon to retake the starting gig in Colorado, but Werner likely will see 1 in 3 or 4 starts for a while as Francouz could be out for a while.

I think he's at least earned another start but a lot will depend on how severe Francouz is hurt. If Francouz is in rough shape, I dont think there is any other choice but to give him more starts.
