At this point would you consider dropping Dubois for Pageau? Or trust Dubois will pick it up a notch (he's having an okay year anyways)

I wouldn't do that. Dubois i splaying just as well, short of a couple hits, and has a much longer track record of being good, while 6 years younger.

JPG's best year so far < PLD"s worst year so far

I second that keep what you got. JPG always had promise just never put it together. He will have flashes but not sure it becomes consistent

PLD for me as well and that's an easy decision.

It's a keep 3, so this is essentially a one-year league. Age is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is this year.

I also heavily discount "previous years", since CBJ have fallen off a cliff after losing Panarin and Duchene. Their one-year outlook doesn't look much better than the Senators at this point.

They are scoring at the same rate, sure, but JP is +16 on a bad team, and PLD is -7. Pageau is also a pending UFA and could find himself with a better linemates before the end of the year.

In a one year league, which this essentially is, I think 25 percent of this season is enough of a track record to go with JP.

Have to agree here. I feel a lot of the pro PLD has to do with the whole ‘Sens are bad’ sentiment and the name value associated with anybody in that squad. PLD won’t be a keeper so I’m a yes to this move
