Cool Ghost & Gustafsson, who gets going 1st

I’ve held onto Ghost hoping he eventually gets it together .
    Gustafsson was just dropped .
In reading all the “what’s wrong with Ghost or Gustafsson “ posts , I’m guessing dropping Ghost for Gustafsson is 6 of 1 a 1/2 dozen of the other . A coin flip .
Would that sum it up ?
I’m thinking of making the waiver claim just for a change of disappointment production .

As long as Gustafsson finds his way back into the lineup, I think he turns it around. Between the 2, Gustafsson is the better option imo anyways because he hits substantially more than Ghost. Plus if he can get back on PP1 I think the Hawks have the much better line

Gostisbehere should get it going again, but it may be on another team. He's not a Vigneault style defenseman, and Fletcher was trying to trade him previously.

Gustafsson does hit more, but it's really down to preference for you.

I am monitoring this situation as well as I have both on my roster and am looking at possibly dropping one. A few free agents out there - Fowler, Toews, Slavin, Goligoski, Kempny, DeAngelo. There are limited moves though so I have been holding off to see how things will shake out.

Looks like the Hawks took Gustafsson right off the PP now. Ghost picked up an assist. Will see how things continue...

7 Teams, points only, roster 30 w/ up to 4 'prospect' spots, keep 12
    Start 12 F, 6 D, 2 Teams - G/A/GWG = 1 pt., Hat Trick = 5 pts.
    Teams - Win = 2 pts., Loss = -1 pt., SO = 5 pts.
    Up to 3 waiver pickups/yr. (2 remaining)

F: Matthews, Marner, Scheifele, Kuznetsov, Pastrnak, Gaudreau, Panarin, Mantha, Schenn, Schwartz, Lindholm, Arvidsson, Johnsson, Connor, Svechnikov, Miller
    (P) J. Hughes, Lafreniere
    D:
Burns, Pietrangelo, Klefbom, Trouba, OEL, Gustafsson, Schultz, Gostisbehere
    (P) Theodore
    T: Vegas, Colorado, Calgary

I've got both + Klingberg on one roster. needless to say, not a great October for me in that pool.

Gus was up to 21min last night. barely any PP TOI though.

Ghost is off PP1 in Philly - Provorov has been running that of late.

I think they both get going, but I figure it'll take Ghost being traded for that to happen for him. I think we're inching closer to that happening.

Gostisbehere looked pretty good last night - I was watching at a bar/restaurant.

He's good enough that he should get going, but I also feel he's not Fletcher's or Vigneault's type of player.

I'm more optimistic about Gus. Vigneault is the wrong coach for Ghost, and there's the Provorov factor too. That being said, I'm not really optimistic about either one.
