My confusion with the Ducks D goes back a few years. I don't get what they're doing with that blueline. I know they had to deal with the expansion draft and other things, but they've really traded a lot of talent away. Theodore, Montour, Vatanen, Pettersson etc.Originally Posted by Rodgort

Typical short-term thinking. So many low-salary guys available for FREE after training camp and instead they bail Pittsburgh out of cap trouble without even making them pay to dump Gudbranson's salary.

Ya at one point they were the envy of the league with their depth on the blue line going forward.
They kinda pooched that.
