I would take it, assuming you mean Martin Jones. Jones is trash, and if Bob heats up you win this trade easily. I have no idea who you would drop to get Hughes in though--maybe Kassian? If you want to complicate it, see if you can add in a third piece to get an upgrade on Hughes?
