I think NYI are a better team than VAN. Can you pick up Greiss from the waiver wire? The combination of both will be > Markstrom. If so, I drop Schneider and grab Greiss.
Just wanted a few opinions. I give Markstrom and get Varlamov. Feels like comparable stats but Markstrom is the clearer number one. I think no. Anyone have a compelling argument the other way?

In a 10 league where we start 3C, 3LW, 3RW, 4D and 2 G daily. It is a H2H league - we keep 3 players (1 G max), are allowed a max of 2 keeps for each player. The number in brackets is the number of keeps I have left:
G, A, +/-, PIMs, PPG, PPA and Shots.
C - Larkin, Couturier, Kopitar, Cirelli
LW - OV, Panarin (1), Schenn (C), Ehlers (RW), Kreider
RW - Kucherov (0), Seguin (C), Palmieri, Voracek, Yamamoto
D - Yandle, DeAngelo
W, GAA, SV% and Saves.
G - Rask, Varlamov, Hart, Mrazek
IR+ - Tarasenko
I'd prefer Markstrom. Varlamov might have better numbers (I think the Islanders are a better team with a better defensive system), but I think Varlamov only plays 40 odd games with Greiss in the mix. Markstrom should play close to 50 for Vancouver.
12 team, H2H, salary cap
1 pt/G or A, 2 pts/W, 1 pt/OTL, 1 pt/SO
Forward: B. Point, M. Necas, A. Debrincat, T. Zegras, J. Bratt, L. Raymond
Defense: J. Morrissey, A. DeAngelo, S. Gostisbehere, D. Doughty
Goalie: T. Demko, E. Merzlikins
Bench: M. Rossi, C. Glass, M. Maccelli, M. Dumba, K. Shattenkirk, F. Andersen
Prospects of Note: L. Stankoven, J. Lekkerimaki, D. Yurov, B. Clarke
League has been running continuously since 1997-98
I think this is a sideways move, but Varly should have more starts over the next few seasons as Van may look to move Markstrom so Demko can be the #1.
+ the Trotz system is the best for goalies

I can't list my 2nd main keeper as there are too many players, but it is a keep all H2H points-only league
I’d cancel the offer. I much prefer Markstrom to Varlamov.

Definitely Markstrom.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.
Thanks very much for all the input. Rep given to all. I declined the trade.
