    Default Trying to make a fair offer - Trade a D for a F

Im looking to bolster my F roster and have a willing trade partner in need of a D. He has two guys he'd likely trade to me, K Connor or W Nylander.

Q1 - who do you prefer?

Q2 - who should I offer? Dumba, Klingberg, Barrie come to mind.

1:1 deal makes most sense, and we can balance with picks of needed, but would rather avoid.

    Thanks!

I'd offer Barrie, as his situation this year is iffy, and the future is unknown.

I think the forwards are close, so it's up to you.

Thanks steve. Seems like people arent that interested in fair trades

The OGM and I did talk about Barrie for Connor. He was fine with that but doesnt like Leafs, so Nylander would get it done im sure.

Barrie rumours are he will sign with the Canucks at the end of this contract.

You're welcome. When I see guys I think are pretty close, I try to make sure to say that. Some people find that annoying, but sometimes it's really just which you like.

He should want Barrie for Nylander, as Barrie should be a shorter term Leaf, there's a selling point!
