In a one year league I want MacKinnon 100% of the time.
Mac > Eichel
Karlsson is obviously better than Makar, but he is still PP1 and if he starts to fail, you can drop him and pick up the next hottest D. Karlsson

I would definitely take the Mackinnon and Makar side. I honestly think Mackinnon is the closest player to McDavid status. I also think Makar is the best young defensemen in the league.
