I'd keep Andersen. He's number 2 on my list after Vasilevskiy. Bobrovsky is somewhere in the top 5 for me.

Both Goalies are right behind Vasi in rankings. I don't think you can go wrong with either one of these goalies. I always say stand pat when it is a lateral move.

I like the Leafs better than Panthers this year but Bob should get more starts than Andersen (supposed to have some load management this year).
Either way, I'd stay with Andersen.

If you aren't getting something extra to make the swap, you don't they are the same tier for me. That extra could be a better off-night schedule, a pick, a player upgrade, etc.
