It's a fair offer. Do you have depth at forward to lose Mantha? I think you need one more high end D.
I have an offer to acquire Hayes and Klingberg for my Mantha.
We have all stats basically except fow's.
My D is just ok:
Josie
Weber
Edler
Trouba
Girard
Boroweiki
Matheson
We run 5 D daily.
Guessing Klingberg would be my 2nd best dman?
Would any of you pull the trigger on this?
Ps I could use the shorty points (Hayes).

12 Team Keep 5 (2 F, 1 D, 1 G, 1 Any) G,A,PTS,PPP,SOG,HITS,PIMS,W,GAA and Sv%.
F: Kucherov, K.Connor, J. Hughes,,J.Guentzel, A.Svechnikov, C.Giroux, T.Terry
D: Q. Hughes, A.Pietrangelo, J.Carlson, A.Ekblad, Sanheim
G:Bobrovsky, Ingram
If you're counting hits, blocks I think you're really undervaluing your D core.
Trouba, Edler, Weber are much more valuable than Klingberg in this kind of format. They all hit, block and at 2x the rate of Klingberg.
They all offer 40+pt upside, Trouba & Weber 50+. For a few extra points that Klingberg brings?
I pass. Hayes is borderline waiver fodder in a 12tm or smaller league. Perhaps a step removed from waivers - but barely.
This would make Kling your 5th most valuable Dman - you have Josi as well.
I would keep Mantha here.
Personally I don't like Dmen that don't block at a min. rate of 1.5 blks/gm - that's 125+ on the year.

To answer the question of forward depth, my opinion is that its descent.
Panarin
Mantha
Barkov
Eichel
Hoffman
Getzlaf
B.tkachuk
Hertl
Kase
Konecny
Bench: Comtois,Coleman,Compher,Grabner
I see this as a lateral move for you, at best. Probably more likely a step back, tbh. I'm just not a fan of Hayes at all, so the deal is mostly just Klingberg for Mantha and in this format Mantha is the better own. I do like Klingberg a lot, but he is very one-dimensional.
12 team, H2H, salary cap
1 pt/G or A, 2 pts/W, 1 pt/OTL, 1 pt/SO
Forward: B. Point, M. Necas, A. Debrincat, T. Zegras, J. Bratt, L. Raymond
Defense: J. Morrissey, A. DeAngelo, S. Gostisbehere, D. Doughty
Goalie: T. Demko, E. Merzlikins
Bench: M. Rossi, C. Glass, M. Maccelli, M. Dumba, K. Shattenkirk, F. Andersen
Prospects of Note: L. Stankoven, J. Lekkerimaki, D. Yurov, B. Clarke
League has been running continuously since 1997-98
Weber has only had one injury in his career that caused him to miss over 20 games. If you look at his career... He's a very healthy player. Just that one large injury (second issue was found while operating on the first - only one extended IR stint)
Edler... well, no he's going to miss 15-20 games. Just a matter of what kind of chunks they're split up into.

Ok thanks for all replies.
Always good to get more opinions than the voices in my head!
Looks like the consensus is to pass on this offer, which is what I will do.
