For me I would replace Talbot with either Crawford or Howard.

What goalie categories do you count?
If pure starts is helpful, then Howard, Quick, Crawford, Smith - in that order.
If quality matters, then Greiss, Kuemper, Reimer - in that order.

Any of these may be an upgrade:
Greiss
Smith
Kuemper
Crawford
Howard
Wins only it's hard to pick when you're looking at a list like you gave. I like Smith & Howard to get most of the starts for their teams and the other guys to be in tandems, more or less, with possibility of being the guy with a 60%+ share of the starts.

I'd go Smith (then Keumper, then Howard). Pretty much all those names on your list are an upgrade on Talbot so you can't go wrong making a move whatever you do....
