Laine or Olofsson as sniper?

Points league. 5 starting forwards (goals and assists = 1 point each), plus also start one sniper (goals = 2 points, assists worth nothing).

Had Laine in my sniper spot all year so far and watched him rack up assists. Will be starting both this week (Olofsson 4 games, Laine 3 games). Who goes in the Sniper spot and who goes in a regular forward spot?

This week Olof has 4 games against DAL(19 ga), ANA(6 ga - this cant last), LA(26 ga), SJ (22 ga)
Laine only 3 games against ARI (7 ga), NYI (15 ga), EDM (13 ga)

For this week I take Olof, the teams he is playing are relative seives.

I'd put Laine in the forward spot, and Olofsson in the sniper spot, simply because Olofsson is being deployed as a finisher and has yet to get a NHL assist, while Laine seems to have worked on his passing.

He owns both and wondering which roster slot he should use for each one this week alone based on his scoring settings and schedule. Not an October overreaction post at all. You could argue that the extra game makes a difference given the hot start.

Olofsson got a G+A last night (2pts)

It's really hard. Except Laine looks like he's trying, and that'll mean he'll end up being more of a 1G/1A guy than 1G/0.5A guy. So he should be in your lineup set of forwards, rather than a sniper slot.

My apologies on the response earlier, I kinda like that sniper slot, it's different.

Ya I think some of us missed the point here, I know I did. In my own defense, I never heard of a "sniper" spot. Is this common to a lot of pool formats?
