I can't believe i am even asking but the Kings have scored a bunch in the first 2 games.

You can start him. Just don’t expect a shutout like 99% of the time he plays...he’s a puck stopper but virtually always lets in at least 1 goal.
If I’m not mistaken, he tied or fell just short of the NHL record for most games needed to get his 1st career shutout which happened last season. That aspect is kind of annoying about his game.

As mentioned this is a situation where if you drafted markstrom with the intention of ever starting him then this is one of the absolute best spots. That said, on any given night anything can happen and LA hasn't looked too bad. But if you don't start him here where do you start him?
