Who would you rather have in a franchise keeper league? Who is likely to become a starter for their team faster? Who do you think will have a better career?
Shestyorkin (sp) seems to be the winner on all fronts here. With the caveat that all goalies are voodoo, of course. Everything looks like the way is paved for him to take over after Lundqvist's contract ends. Nedeljkovic has good opportunity, presuming Mrazek doesn't get resigned to a long term deal, but I've never seen him ever rated among the highest at his position. He's always been very good, unlike Shestyorkin.
Shestyorkin; the only question I'd hesitate on is who gets there faster. With Lundqvist signed for awhile and Georgiev being pretty good....it's possible the Canes goalie gets to the NHL faster.
I will go against the grain and say Nedeljkovic. I don't care about the numbers someone puts up in the Russia. They mean nothing towards how someone will do in the NHL.
