Was on earlier asking about swapping my Kakko for Laine. Told basically not to do it. So went all in and made this deal.

Picked up Patty Kane and J Huberdeau for E Lindholm and M Tkachuk. Now before you guys tell me I was nuts for giving up the older Ktachuk, pims, body checks and shots don't count in my league. How'd I do?

I think your responses would have been in a points only league gaining two players coming off 90+pt seasons for two players 65pts + is a huge win.

Next 3 years... you still win this deal hands down.
I think last year was close to Lindholms offensive ceiling.
Kane & Hubs are on different offensive levels.

Even in a MC league I think at worst responses would be mixed or call it an overall wash.
Elite offensive talent is harder to find than periphs. Anyone can add a Carrier or Martin to find hits. Can't do that off the wire for points

Thank you Gentlemen. I figure Kane has at least 3-5 years of high offensive ceiling and Hubes has possibly 6. Lindholm tanked the 2nd half of season and I also feel peaked last year (maybe overachieved). Time will tell. Now trying to make a deal using my Seth Jones for either Stone or Makar and a pick. We will see.
