I'd keep Petersson over Giroux (and I'm tempted to say PLD over ROR, it's close).
I am currently in the process of picking my 4 keepers in my limited keeper league.
The cats are: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SOG, FW, HIT, BLK, W, GAA, SV%, SHO
I narrowed it down to the following players, but had a bit of trouble deciding who to pick. I bolded the players I am currently considering keeping
Burns
ROR
Rantanen
Giroux
Bergeron
Josi
Pettersson
Some less enticing options: Horvat, Domi, PLD, Edler, Nurse

You have to make room for Bergergon, either in place of ROR or Giroux. Personally I'd swap him in for ROR, whom I'm concerned won't be with Tarasenko. With Bergeron and Giroux you know they'll be on the top line no matter what.

Burns ROR Rantanen and the 4th one is tough. Its hard to pass on Pettersson because of his talent, its hard to pass on Giroux because of his tri-eligibility, its hard to pass on Bergeron because of his across the board production....
at the end of the day talent/not a multi-cat beast > solid production/injury concerns and age concerns > position eligibility. Pettersson is my 4th one.

I also checked on Fantasy Hockey Geek using last season's stats.
The rankings are as follows:
6. Burns
17. Rantanen
20. Domi
26. Nurse
28. Josi
32. Bergeron
38. Giroux
48. ROR
60. Edler
67. Horvat
73. PLD
228. Pettersson
Does this change the outlook on keepers?
I'm sure that Nurse and Domi will likely be available in later rounds. I'm also worried that Pettersson doesn't shoot, hit, blk or PIM as much and his shooting % might drop. This is coming from a Cancuks fan.
It looks like I'll keep Burns and Rantanen (although the contract situation with him isn't looking super great)... so ultimately, it comes down to the last two keepers...
Bergeron (multicat stud with FW, but injury risk)
Giroux (multposition eligibility)
ROR (Solid with faceoffs and can be a multicat stud - especially if he plays on the top line)
Pettersson (solid player with but not great in peripheral stats)
Josi (Rock solid D, but unsure about outlook)
I'm thinking its a toss up between Bergeron/Giroux/ROR, but I'm having trouble deciding. Josi is also tempting, but not as much as the other three.

I like these 4.
I get the Bergeron love.. but I'll repeat my concerns here.
That dude has more injuries than the Dirty Dozen. it's going to catch up to him. He's coming into the season with a still wonky groin. Red Flag.
I doubt he plays 65+ reg season games again in his career.
repeat point - expect him to become the 1st player in the NHL to receive the Kawhi Leonard treatment

It is hard for me to pass on Pettersson. I think he is an elite player waiting to happen. I'd have to include him with Burns, Rantanen and Giroux.

These same 4 for me.
I would pick Bergeron instead of ROR if it weren't for his age and injury regularity. He hasn't played more than 65 games the past 2 years and is currently injured as well. His age worries me a bit too as its more likely he gets injured as he gets older. His play doesnt seem to be slowing down yet at least.
